- I've been playing traditional music for about 10 years now, after decades of playing other styles ranging from classical to rock to jazz. I've studied with John Johns, John Knowles, Stan Lassiter, Roland White, Jim Wood, and Gretchen Priest-May. I hosted the "Pegram Jam" from 2001-2007, where I met many great people and learned many fine traditional tunes. See the website below for scores, chord charts, and recordings from our jam sessions. Susie has updated the Pegram Jam web site with a new look and feel.
Please check it out, and let us know if you see any errors.
Among other things, there is a new chord chart book, as well as a
supplement containing only new tunes and corrections. We know
that chord charts aren't for everybody, and players will have different
interpretations. Use them if you like, or not. :-)
