I found this recently on YouTube (there, I've given credit where credit is due) and thought I would share it with the F & P community. I'll let the video speak for itself. All I'll say is that you'll be impressed!

About Me:
Moved to Nashville from New Mexico in 1971. I just turned 60 and so far it doesn't hurt. I'm starting to enjoy fiddle tunes more than I thought I would, however my primary interest is still in bluegrass. I attended NashCamp earlier this year and try to play/jam as often as I can. I play rhythm guitar, but started taking bass lessons in early September '08. I sing (at least that's what some people call it) in "D" and "E."

Turned the big six-zero today. Took two friends from work (who I also jam with) along with my son and a friend to see Old Crow Medicine Show playing at the Ryman. Opening act was "Carolina Chocolate Drops." Too bad they didn't play longer, they were great. Good energy level, lots of audience interaction, great tune selection, great singing. Old Crow was a huge disappointment. They've changed greatly since their first CD came out. Instead of recycling old songs as I was expecting, they did tunes… Continue

Hey David, Thanks for telling me about Fiddle and Pick. I joined, and I am coming Oct.26 to the Jam session, Nashville string band session. I put the sticker from the Station Inn on my dobro case. We had a great time that night. You are a good friend. Be talking to you soon. Chris Carver

Hey David!
I'm racking my brain and I think it might have been Red Haired Boy (but that tune is in A)...I'm not sure though -- there are a few weird ones like that that go to an unexpected chord. I really do like your playing too. I like the clarity of your flatpicking. You know, I've played guitar since I was 12. Fiddle is my second instrument. I was never that great at flatpicking -- but I've backed up some really good players over the years. Have a great weekend!
